I am developing the tools and the understanding needed to not only change the way I respond to my child, but also how I respond to myself. I am glad that I took a chance on this course and I notice positive changes daily.

I feel like a different person from when I started the program to where I am today. I come to his tantrums with compassion now vs yelling or walking away.
